We offer returns on all our merchandise for customers within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a returning fee of delivery that will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Matin kim reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an order, please contact our Customer Service Team via https://www.en.matinkim.com. please include your order number and which items you’d like to return, so they can provide all the necessary information.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service Team via https://www.en.matinkim.com. We offer exchange in case we have the desired size in stock. You can return any item for a direct exchange within 7 days of receiving your original order, without reasoning. Any item returned exceeding the 7days return deadline is not be eligible for an exchange.
Please note that we offer exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.
WHAT IF I WANT ADDITIONAL PURCHASE?
If you wish to purchase additionally, you need to place a new order for the other order. Unfortunately, orders can’t combine. Delivery fee calculated automatically by weight.
